We have updated the shipping pricing for our USA customers as the new tariffs roll in, sadly it has now affected items that it hasn’t before, our special editions and stickers.

As always, we try to keep our costs as effective as we can for our customers and so we have absorbed some of the fees to the best of our abilities ❤️

Items previously affected by the tariffs were only the acrylic bookish bling items and keychains, but now it also includes special editions and stickers.

We can ship all items to the USA 🎉

The details:
We have to use the ZONOS USA fee collecting software (these tariffs/duties are on the onus of the customer/importer, it is dealt out by new USA regulations) and have pleasantly discovered that:
~Most of our print items (art prints, bookmarks, character cards, overlays, dust jackets etc) are currently free of extra fees. Will ship as usual!

However, things that will have the extra tariff/duty fee collected at time of checkout for our USA customers (fee amount varies based on item cost) are:
~ Special Editions & Acrylic Bookish Bling items & Keychains & Stickers

The above is referencing duties/tariffs that are incurred at time of check out. We cannot guarantee that there will not be any fees charged by your postal service upon delivery. But we are confident it will continue to be free of extra fees.

Please email DDD or DDF customer service as we can place the acrylic item into the box with the special edition and we will refund the shipping fee for the acrylics minus what is needed for duties/tariffs (books are tariff free but acrylics are not).

With that being said, we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to leftover space in the box after certain special editions are already inside xx

Yes! Please email DDD or DDF customer service and we will refund the letter mail shipping fee for the prints as we can place them into the box with the special edition !

With that being said, if there are more than 5-7 prints we may not be able to accommodate xx

Yes ! Now, on regular shop orders of $44CAD+ there is free shipping! Excluding specialty items such as but not limited to: dust jackets, acrylic items, and special editions. We are also continuing our efforts to make shipping prices more cost effective for Canadians (and of course other countries/regions). We have been better able to customize our shipping for specialty items. So, it should be a little better depending on where you are located, especially our fellow Alberta residents since you are closest to HQ.
