Ordering Multiples?
Pre-orders or limited specialty items (not including regular DDD artwork print orders) it is one per customer.
Standard/Tracked Shipping
Tracked shipping is not automatically added to each order at DDD. Tracked shipping is an option that can be selected at checkout for an additional cost (for most orders) Tracked shipping is not put on all orders due to the high cost and to make shipping more affordable for everybody.
Returns / Replacement
Due to the small size of the DDD business, we do not accept returns. However we do accept replacement requests if an item is damaged (not damage incurred from shipping, please take that up with your courier service and also contact DDD). Please see our policy below for what qualifies as damaged.
Replacements and/or discount codes will be determined on a case by case basis. Replacements on damaged items are unavailable for items purchased more than 30 days after delivery (including weekends).
Items not able to be delivered due to no tracking purchased
If your country or post office where you live requires you to have tracking on your package in order to receive your items, it is up to the customer to purchase the appropriate shipping method at checkout (if that method is not available please contact customer service). DDD is not responsible for providing replacements for packages lost/unable to be delivered due to this occurrence.
Damaged/Defective Items
Rarely, but sometimes damaged items can slip through the fulfillment stage. If you receive any items that are damaged, please reach out to us at dirtydictiondesigns.contact@gmail.com and include with photos of the item, the shipping package and your #order number. DDD will get back to you within 5 business days. But most likely within 48 hours.
What does not count as defective?
Small blemishes, residues, or scratches under 1 inch in size, and/or any damage sustained after unboxing or during international shipping does not qualify for replacement. Damage on the blank side(s) of art prints and posters does not qualify for damage due to the damage not being affecting use. Please reach out to DDD with photos of the damaged items if you would like to inquire about replacement.
Cancellation
Due to the small size of our business, we do not accept cancellation requests after 24 hours. That is, if your order (not including pre-order items) hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped yet. DDD will always let customers know if we expect something to be delayed
Missing and/or Lost Items
All inquiries regarding lost or missing items must be reported to us within 30 days of supposed delivery to be eligible for replacement. Prior to sending us an email, please check around your property, mailbox, and with your neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to your local postal service. If they are unable to locate your package, please then reach out to us and we can begin the process of contacting our postal service and getting a replacement sent out to you.
Additionally, DDD recommends getting tracked shipping on larger orders (75$CAD+) (if tracking is not already offered, please contact DDD to inquire) and if this repeatedly happens where your order goes missing then eligibility for a replacement is not granted after a certain point to be determined by DDD. This will be on a case by case basis.
Marked as delivered to correct address but cannot find item
We can start an investigation with the postal service to inquire on what happened. Next steps will vary as per what the findings are.
Shipping Address Change
Please email DDD as soon as possible at dirtydictiondesigns.contact@gmail.com if you require an address change, before your label has been created and package fulfilled. DDD cannot guarantee an address change but we will do our very best to change it before your label has been printed. If your label has already been printed or your order has already been shipped please contact DDD.
As a possible step, if your label has been printed but your package has not been shipped out yet and is accessible, you may be able to purchase an additional shipping label to be swapped on your package.
Parcel Sent to wrong address due to error on customer end:
If a package is sent to the address listed on the order but it is not current/the one you intended, and it does not get returned to sender at DDD, then unfortunately it is out of our hands and DDD is not responsible for any loss of product, return costs, or fees. But if package is sent to wrong address and is returned to DDD then please contact us for next steps.
Customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Refunds will not be offered for orders returned under this condition.
Return to Sender:
If your package is sent to the address listed on your order and then ends up back at DDD HQ via Return to Sender then the customer will be responsible for the charges incurred as well as the shipping back to the customer.
Taxes / Customs
Customers are responsible for paying any taxes (if any) associated with their order as well as any customs/duties occurred
If your order is returned to DDD for failure to pay duties/fees/taxes or refusal of item, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Refunds will not be offered for orders returned under this condition.
VAT
All orders being delivered certain countries can be subject to a Value Added Tax (VAT) that is charged upon delivery. If your order is returned to us for failure to pay VAT, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment and refunds will not be offered for orders returned under this condition.

FORWARDING SERVICES
No replacements or refunds will be provided for lost or items marked as delivered to the company but cannot be located that are sent to/through forwarding companies.
DDF will open an investigation with the local post office upon missing or damaged items marked as delivered.
This clause does not pertain to parcels deemed lost during transit before arriving.
Giveaways
Items won in giveaways are not to be resold. If winners are found to be flipping these items then they will be barred from winning future giveaways.
